Request Authorization

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and software are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
